The 60th World Plowing Championships from Olds, Alberta where 58 competitors from 29 countries competed. The Sukanen Museum near Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and the restoration of a 1913 wooden prairie grain elevator. According to organizer, Doug Carrick they had to move the elevator about 100 miles from its original location at Mawer, Saskatchewan. They then got the elevator functioning as like it used to, including the 10 horsepower Fairbanks Morse single piston engine that was used to drive the elevator leg. The museum and its volunteers sunk about $100k into the restoration project.</p>

Stephen Yettaw who lives on a family farm loves to create art work with stones and rocks. He has a very vivid imagination and loves to create unusual sculptures like the anatomy of Dragon. His sculptures cover a wide variety of themes. Since he&#8217;s on a farm, animals like horses are often featured. He also likes to create stone sculptures portraying Greek Mythology. He works with everything from granite to limestone to marble. As well as using power tools he also uses the traditional hammer and chisel.</p>

Cody&#8217;s Dad, Howard Floyd details how the sport of high school rodeo in fact helps many young men and women strive for better grades academically. </p>
